SHIPPING & REFUNDS

Shipping

Whitney Austin appreciates your business and support, so she understands the importance of receiving your order sooner than later. For all regular price purchases, processing is 7-10 days prior to shipping. Once an item is shipped it takes usually an additional 2-5 days to receive it in the mail via UPS.

FOR PURCHASES DURING A “SALE” ONLY, THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION EXCLUDES REGULAR PRICE PURCHASES. Please note that turn around for sales are 3 weeks prior to shipping. Shipping is an additional 2-5 business days via UPS. This extended turn around is due to us printing & processing our orders in-house, with the large volume of orders we typically receive during a sale. We do plan to expand our operations soon to shorten our turn around for high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and appreciate your support greatly.

We prefer to use UPS shipping rather than USPS, to ensure reliable tracking, and very fast shipping. All orders shipped will be covered with insurance for added security and piece of mins .

  • Most shipping will be shipped by UPS, unless another shipping service is requested ( EX. Fed Ex).
  • All items shipped are packaged with the top quality shipping supplies, such as bubble wrap, double layered cardboard, and ultra strong shipping tape to ensure the packages safe arrival.
  •
  • If in the unfortunate situation your package happens to get lost by postal service, or it arrives damaged, we will be happy to investigate and create a claim with the postal service.
